Stacey shares a concept called “aim your brain” that she started teaching her children from the very beginning to help them set their goals. ” Whether you call it intuition or spiritual, divine guidance, whatever, either way, it’s this pushing out of distraction and noise and just laser focus.” It really boils down to intention, a need to have clarity and focus. Our goals cannot just be things we hope for in the future, rather clear directives that we set and are dialed in on. Aiming your brain is essentially having that laser focus to accomplish anything and everything. Aiming your brain is more than a snazzy catch phrase. It really sums up the power of our minds to manifest dreams into reality.
The process is simple and anyone can do it.
According to Stacey, “When I say aim your brain, that could be used in a bunch of different ways. But specifically when you’re trying to do something short term or immediate, that’s difficult or challenging or new, if it kind of involves some visualization, it involves some pushing away of some distractions. It involves effort on a mental, spiritual, maybe even physical level. You maybe have to force yourself to stay put for a minute.”
We tend to overcomplicate goal setting, but aim your brain makes it clean cut. Imagine an actual laser beam of light. It doesn’t get distracted by shiny objects or other laser beams. It simply directs its focus and goes from point A to point B. When it comes to visualization and working towards something big, just aim! This helps you to eliminate distraction.
Aiming your brain gets to the root of TRUTH. It eliminates all the limiting beliefs, fears and stories that you are prone to believe. It brings light and simplicity to who and what you really are- which is capable of anything. Stacey has watched her children experience success on large and small scales with aim your brain. I have personally utilized this strategy and seen the fruits of its power. I may have not heard the term aim your brain before this, but I know each of us is implementing its strategies on a daily basis. Therefore, the secret is, it works for good or for bad. If you aim your brain on good outcomes, you’ll inevitably see them. If you aim your brain on lack, fear, shortcomings or frustration, then you’ll see more of that materialize.
